Compuspec has identified the need for accurate call detail recording and has developed two data logging devices optimised for the telecommunications industry.

The DL3 is designed for use with a PABX where all data is logged via a serial port, allowing for in depth analysis of call information that includes the extension number the call originated from while the CDR was designed for single telephone line call detail collection.

Both of these systems can be managed remotely with the DL3 having the ability to upload data via the internet, making the management costs of the data, minimal.
